For Attorneys
Objective Injury Evidence That Holds Up in Court

Why Objective Imaging Is Critical for Injury Claims
In personal injury litigation, soft-tissue spinal injuries are some of the hardest to prove. Traditional imaging methods like MRI or static X-rays often fail to capture the functional ligament damage that leads to chronic pain and long-term impairment. This lack of clear, objective documentation can make or break a case, especially when claims are challenged or dismissed due to “lack of medical evidence.”
DXD solves this by providing motion-based ligament injury analysis with measurable findings, annotated overlays, and AMA-aligned impairment ratings. Every report we generate uses validated AOMSI criteria and permanent impairment thresholds outlined in the 4th, 5th, and 6th Editions of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. Our system highlights angular and translational instability that static films can’t show, turning opinion into proof.
These reports are built for attorneys who need admissible, evidence-based documentation that holds up in court. Whether you’re preparing for settlement, deposition, or trial, DXD delivers the kind of objective spinal injury evidence that strengthens your narrative, reduces subjectivity, and helps maximize or defend case value with confidence.
DXD reports deliver measurable, reproducible evidence, not opinions. Every ligament instability finding is based on AMA Guides and visualized through annotated overlays and motion-based metrics. That means your expert doesn’t have to “explain the image”. The damage is documented in black and white. This kind of proof isn’t just helpful; it’s defensible.
In cases where insurers challenge injury severity, DXD reports can support permanent impairment ratings with published standards. By quantifying instability using AOMSI thresholds, our analysis strengthens demand packages, reduces denials, and supports claims in ways subjective assessments can’t. It’s documentation that speaks the adjuster’s language.
DXD reports are prepared with legal scrutiny in mind. Each one includes AMA citations, motion film references, and annotated findings that align with impairment rating methods already accepted in court. These aren’t marketing materials, they’re structured to withstand Daubert/Frye challenges and support expert testimony.
DXD reports are used in a wide range of personal injury cases: from auto collisions and slip-and-falls to chronic whiplash and low-impact soft tissue claims. Whether you’re representing a plaintiff or assessing liability, DXD gives you the objective spinal injury data to argue your case effectively.
